false advertising and bait marketing

I placed an order for a new contract on Vodacoms online store on black friday which was the 25th November 2016. the deal advertised online was for a samsung s7 with a free tab 3 and when u choose the smart S package a 32" samsung tv was included as well.

2 weeks later the confirmations department informed me that the tv was not part of the deal but only for store customers. this was however not included in the T's and C's i read through. i then contacted the online sales department on 6/12/2016 @ 8.36 where the consultant advised me that the TV is in fact part of the deal and i would receive a voucher in my package to claim the tv through a supplier of samsung.

i received the delivery but minus the said voucher. i phoned the online sales team again on the 7/12/2016 @ 12:43 . the consultant advised that it was advertised with the tv and i should escalate my issue to ********** She also said to me "you should have known the deal was to good to be true and called to confirm" . it is now almost 2 months later and no matter what i do i cannot get a reaction from vodacom or any kind of feedback.

they basically contravened section 30 of the companies act that states that bait marketing is prohibited. advertising a good or service as being available causing consumers to be mislead and diceived.

As the sales consultant advised .. with vodacom if it looks to good to be true rather dont order.. my disappointment in vodacom has resulted in me probably not renewing this contract that i am now bound to for the next 2 years... 2 years is all u will get from me now however
