FALSE ADVERTISING AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 15th of Nov 2022 I contacted Vodacom for my upgrade as I was looking at Samsung Tablets. The agent i spoke to confirmed that the Tablet she was proposing had a 128 Gig on board memory. I know this because i asked 3x times to make sure as I have experienced problems with low memory devices. She ensured me that i will receive this Tablet as part of the Black Friday deal which was due to launch soon. Upon delivery on 16 November I received the Samsung Tablet S6 Lite 64G, which was not the promised 128 Gig as confirmed three times! I contacted Vodacom from the 17th numerous times in this regard as the agent spoke on Their behalf as an employee and the provider should be responsible in ensuring you receive what you are being sold. Managers will contact me within three days and they promise to solve this, and then they said they will send me memory in order to make up for the memory capacity but even this will not SOLVE the issue as not all apps are compatible with a memory card, this will also cause the Tablet to lag as its a separate memory function than onboard memory! I have been a client for 25 years and i have purchased numerous devices and this is the type of service you get. False advertising and no assistance with regards to rectifying this matter! You, Vodacom are 100% at fault and i expect you to contact me to finally finalize this matter. Deeply disappointed in this terrible low class quality of customer care from you. ANd promised call backs do not become reality.
