False advertising about Honor x9c

I got a Honor x9c from Vodacom in Vaalmall. I ask for phone which can take punishment. I get told the x9c will be able and a video is shown by consultant where they hit a nail in with the phone screen. The phone drop and the screen get damage. I went to Vaal repair centre get told they cannot get when phone has been activated on the system I must get my receipt for the upgrade as it's only a certain time period phones screen get replaced but you still need to pay labour cost. In the Vodacom shop in Alberton their where also a advert running that the is is basically indestructible. Know my screen got damaged and get told they need to give me quote for repair first. Then it's false advertising by Vodacom.
