FALSE ADVERTISING

I bought a p30 lite, thinking it uses two sim cards as stated on the manual instead I was told that Vodacom does not use dual sim card phones so why order the phones if I don't get what I see on the manual or what I see in the phone, you guys are doing a wrong thing if I knew that I wouldn’t have bought a phone with the false advertising I would have just went to the cell c, Telkom or Mtn store, because what you see is what you get unlike getting unnecessary surprise`s, I am really not happy with the service I received from Vodacom, I want to get what I see on the box please assist. I am really not happy, paying for something you don't want is not nice. And why are we not advised about Vodacom phones not using dual sims and I want to know the reason behind it, clearly a lot of people cannot give a reason why Vodacom phones don’t use dual sims on their phones, not even a Vodacom shop consultants can help worse call center they bite off their tongues if I cannot be assisted can I please get a quote as to how much will it cost for me to cancel my contract and be with another service provider. I am really not happy for what I am paying for no one can help.
