FALSE ADVERTISING ???

As a vodacom red customer i am deeply dissapointed by the lack of service available. They advertise discounts on flights and accommodation as a red customer but there is no way to access this service. The app doesnt seem to give me access to lifestyle rewards and neither is there any other option where we get the necessary service we require. Makes me think that this is just a ploy to get us signed up to a red contract as u cant access any benefits associated with it later on.
