False advertising

<p>Dear vodacom . Please can anyone assist me ! I am extremely disgruntled at the service I have received from. Vodacom ! I took out a contract at your alberton store on black Friday... I was promised I would receive my TV within 7 days ..... dear vodacom black Friday was on the 25th of November! ... also i was promised 10gig on my s7 and data on my tablet . To date i have not recieved any of the above ! today is the 16th of January!!!!! To date I have not received any feed back nor has anybody from vodacom even attempted to contact me to clarify why I have not received goods promised to me ????? Is this the service I can expect moving forward from vodacom ?????? This is unprofessional to say the least !!</p>
