False advertising
Vodacom together with samsung promotions are ****s. You guys are false advertising for samsung buds when purchasing a new samsung A series.
My wife upgraded at the end of april and redeemed the buds on samsung members on the 3rd of may 2023. Today is the 22nd of may and you guys still have not delivered .. everytime we try to call no answer and email with no response.
