I opened a WIFI contract for the Vodafone R207 router in the November brochure on 25 Novembber 2016 that is advertised as 4GB for R129 over 24 months. When i registrerd my account online i noticed the account shows that its a 2GB contract over 24 months. I then called the call centre they could not pick up my contract and referred me to the store. I went to the JHB CBD Store where i signed up for this contact and was only told then that the contract is 2GB Anytime & 2GB Night time. This was not made clear to me and in your booklet the contract clearly states "WAS 2GB NOW 4GB" for R129. I requested to have the contract cancelled immidiately gave the store all documents & the device back as it had not been used at all, it was opened in the store not by me but bby the sales consultant. I also requested to have the money back that i paid for the connection fee and was told to return to the shop on Monday the 28th of Novemebr. When i returned to the shop on the 29th November i was then told that Vodacom says that they will not cancell the contract as i had sighned for it. I asked the sales consultant why not? I am still within the 5 Day cooling off period according to the NATIONAL CREDIT ACT and the device is untouched and returned within 2 hours of signing the contract. VODACOM I WANNT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I WAS *****ED INTO THIS CONTRACT, NOT WHAT I WANTED.
