False advertising

I migrated from FNB Connect to Vodacom recently. My reason was that the Powerflex package seemed very attractive and well priced. Once the number was ported, I found that the package is not available due to technical issues. I now have to buy pay as you go date and minutes at over the top prices. The technical issues have no been going on for several days and it seems that this is a hoax. They advertise something that they are not ready to supply . Since I moved over to Vodacom I can’t receive sms’s. They gave me a reference number but there is no action. This makes it impossible to receive OTP’s . Ref AS-BY6U-V10110
