False Advertising!!

<p>There was an iphone 5S 16gb available for R199 on the following website: http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/shopping/devices last week Thursday. It showed as available on the website therefor I proceeded with the order. While I was doing that, I chatted to an online consultant by the name of Shahista who then informed me that they were out of stock and she had no definitive time as to when they will receive stock! Apart from that being falsely advertised, she then pre approved my husband for an additional contract in the hope and promise that they would receive new stock soon. After numerous phone calls and terrible service, she called me on the 6th July to inform me that they do not have the pre owned stock, but only new stock which was R100 more!!! I am so utterly disappointed at the level of service as well as the false adverti*****t. I have screenshots of the advert and will be taking this to the consumer council. Shahista also **** saying she does not know her managers surname, what a load of ****!!</p> <p> </p>
