False advertising

On 1 October, I placed an order for a cellphone online, which was on pre-order. I decided to pay for this using my card as opposed to taking out a contract, which the system allowed. On 4 October I received an SMS stating that my order has been cancelled and that I would be refunded for the order. I did not request a cancellation and therefore called Vodacom, a woman name Ithumeleng answered my call and indicated she would reach out to Vodacom esales and provide a reference number, which she did

During this time, I received a mail from Oby Mabhena, that indicated that my order has been cancelled due to orders only being allowed for contracts or upgrades. If this is the case, why did the system allow me to purchase this in cash and also why does the website still advertise this as an option, I have taken a screenshot for reference purposes.

I have been on the phone with multiple people who could not assist with this issue. I am quite frustrated as I will now have to wait for the refund to come through before I can place an order at another provider and wait even longer for a cellphone. I also find this very unprofessional and ********* as this should not be advertised as such if this is not allowed.
