False advertising

Good afternoon

I'm a very disappointed customer. I purchased the honor x9c from your vodacom shop In Durban Chatsworth.the phone was advertised as the first UNBREAKABLE Ai phone, the consultant evened banged the table with the phone to prove to me that it is unbreakable and it is because of this reason I didn't buy a cover or screen protect. Yesterday not even a month after purchasing the phone it fell and the screen shattered, is this not false advertising as your adverti*****t clears states unbreakable phone? Now I'm not getting any assistance from vodacom or honor. This is very disappointing as I've been a customer for more than 15 years. Some feedback would be appreciated
