False advertising

<p>I have been trying to upgrade my cellphone since Sunday 29 May. It is now the vening of 31 May and i am still not able to upgrade. I cannot make use of the online ordering service due to some accounting system on Vodacom's side, so i went to the sotre, no success, phoned *** no success. The agent on the 1959 number said that the deal i wanted is not available as it is for the first 2000 sales only, yet, the website advertises nothing about this. It only states "limited availability", which does NOT MEAN first 2000 sales only. WHy is it such a problem everytime i want to upgrade? Does Vodacom not want me as a customer???</p>
