False advertising
I signed 2 contracts for the iPhone 6 16GB + Accessory Kit per the February edition Vodacom magazine. When I collected the phones yesterday&asked where the accessory kits are I was informed they're out of stock. I asked if they can order it so I can come collect it&they said everyone is out of stock&the offer is 'while stocks last'. 1. Never was i informed that they were out of stock, even after I signed the contract 2. On the page it does not say 'while stocks last', on other offers' pages it does state it 3. In the overall T&C's on the last page it does say offers are valid while stocks last, however the offer is the phone with the kit&I was sold a partial offer - the kit isn't a free extra, for any iPhone the kit is a crucial part i.e. u need a screen protector&pouch& it seems Vodacom knows the customer will have to buy it and saying after signing the contract it is out of stock is unacceptable. Also, only after i signed i was informed of the R9.50 pm for caller ID while the deal says R499 (plus I took extras) and nowhere in the T&C's it says anything about this charge, only the R202 once-off SIM&connection. In both instances you are falsely advertising and it's ridiculous!
