False advertising

Still not waiting on vodacom feedback regarding the below query.

We bought an Xbox series s which comes with the game pass according to their pamphlet @ Vodacom Somerset mall Cape Town,, however when we opened it at home there was no game pass, we went back to inform them of the error and we we were told that it was an advert error, I feel ****med because why would they advertise something that is not there. Whoever is reading this review must know that I am not a happy client because I could have gone elsewhere or buy at Vodacom knowing that it doesn’t come with it. I went to canal walk Vodacom and they confirmed that it comes with the game pass, and at Somerset mall where we had bought this accessory they are still advertising as such.
