FALSE ADVERTISING

I wanted to buy my son a cell phone in December, I went into sports scene in promenade in Mitchell's plain, when i checked the specs on the phone I saw that the pixels of the camera advertised and the specs on Vodacom's card was not the same. I immediately called the manager in the store and advised him about it, he then said he would let the Vodacom's rep know. I called the following week and the week after that only to find out that nothing had been done.<br> <br> I then contacted the rep myself and he said he knew nothing about the matter resolve the matter it is the 22.01.2016 and I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I've advised them that I would be going to the newspaper as well as the false advertising board. I'm still waiting for a reply. I also checked the website and the information advertised was also incorrect, I have pics of both adverti*****ts. Jackie has been dealing with the issue, the problem is that i have to call her every day to find out how far they are with this matter.<br> <br> If I don't receive any reply soon then I will have to take this matter further with the advertising board, as it seems that no one is going to sort out this problem.
