false advertising

Today I placed an order for 2 smart tab contracts for R59 a month. I told the consultant from the start what I wanted consultant says we 1st need to do a credit check for approval less than 5 mins she says I have been approved but then says the deal isn't available. What sherbet is this? She says only a combo deal is available consisting of a phone and smart tab. What are they trying to trick to the consumer because online it says its a hot deal and stocked! I don't understand why all this grief why is it available online but not available to me. Vodacom has certainly ruined a relationship between us before it began I have been with cell c for more than 6 years and gotten better service with them than with vodacom supplying empty promises
