False Advertising....

I went through the WHOLE process of getting 3 months Bank Statements, the issuing of my Pay Slip, filling out forms giving all my personal details, sales lady tells me I would get a phone call that Monday to inform me when I will receive my phone. I never did. After several phone calls & having spoken to several people, getting told this date, then that date, now I'm told in the middle of SEPTEMBER? This is your AUGUST special?
