False Advertising

I am furious - we get calls out of the blue, change Vodacom contract to more this and that, then all of a sudden one cannot send text messages. Whatsapp is on wifi, normal sms messages. VODACOM IS UTTERLY USELESS. They must reverse this ******* and reinstate my previous contract and nobody must ever call me again. Never from anywhere. If I need to speak to anyone I will call them. Totally unacceptable
