False Advertising

I recently took out a new contract with Vodacom, and it stated that I would receive free wireless earphones as well as screen repair. Now that I have received my device (with no earphones or voucher) I am being advised that they can't understand why I can't claim these. I confirmed TWICE with the agents when taking out the contract that I would receive these. This is very poor service, as there were no terms and conditions stating while stocks last, it was take out the contract and receive the earphones. False advertising.
