False advertising
Hi
I have taken a vodacom upgrade online for a new Samsung phone that comes with another Samsung phone free as per the promotion. The second phone and sim comes with R65 airtime at no charge to the primary line but vodacom has debited my account for the airtime that was suppose to be free..if I had known that was the case I would have not taken the free phone.
I called the call centre and have a reference number ..nothing has been resolved yet.
