False advertising
Hello , I am very disappointed , Firstly I have taken out an upgrade which i have received the device, its for the P20 Lite, as stated on the online website the deal comprises of The Phone deal including a bluetooth headphones... .i call the call center to assist me... ********** 4 .... and ask about the Bluetooth headphones .. their reply was the deal has ended on the 7th March 2019 it is now May 2019 and its still on the website.... I only took the deal because of the bargin that was being received ... I explain to the consultant... He told me you may return it... I find false advertising rather a downsider.... I would really like if this could be resolved in supplying that which i asked for please.
