False advertising

I have been on the market for a new cell phone contract and last week saw a Huawei Mate 20 Pro being advertised on Vodacom's website for R799 per month which included a free wireless charger and vouchers for various retail outlets such as Makro for R3046. I app**** for the contract online and the following day a consultant contacted me to confirm the order. I made it clear to her that I was only willing to take out the contract on condition I received the vouchers as advertised. She told me to phone the online department because she can't guarantee that I will get the vouchers despite it being advertised!! I then phoned the online department and they again told me the same thing. How can you advertise something and not be able to guarantee that the customer will receive what you advertised.

I have now received the phone and low and behold I have not received the advertised vouchers. Instead I have received a different educational voucher which is completely useless to me. I doubt anybody would actually use this alternative voucher. I now want to cancel this contract and return the phone as the adverti*****t was not just misleading but false.
