False advertising

On 12/05/18 representives from Vodacom were in our area getting people to sign up for Vodacom Fibre with the promise that until fibre became available and was installed, they would supply a free LTE router with 100gig free data every month. I signed up for a 24 month contract with 10mb line and uncapped data. To date, nothing has happened and there is still no fibre in our area. Today I phoned to find out why the promise was not fulfilled, I was told that the contract I signed was for Open Serve and not Vodacom so therefore I was not legible for the free router and data. This is NOT what I was told and as far as I am concerned is FALSE advertising. I instructed the lady to cancel the pending contract
