False advertising

You know Vodacom must be one of the worst service providers ever, I recently ordered a Huawei P Smart online and on the website it showed that the deal was a combo deal Huawei P Smart black and a smart watch but upon delivery I saw that they didn’t include the smart watch...What needs to happen now?? Im realy getting tired of complaining on this website about Vodacom, can you please treat your customers with respect, see attached screenshot, even on the confirmation screen it showed that the free smart watch was added and even lastweek I called in and spoke to a lot of consultants from the upgrades department and even your retentions they saw the deal online and the only problem they had was that they do not have the smart watches??? Please correct this
