False Advertising
I app**** for a Black Friday cellphone deal on Friday 24 November 2017, of which I received a confirmation email and SMS of the successful transaction. At the time of the transaction the deal was still valid for 3 more days.
This correspondence advised that a consultant would contact me within 24 hours to complete the deal. This never happened.
On Monday 27 November 2017 I commenced with the task of trying to complete the transaction via phone. After a run around of note from one department to the other, there was still no success, so I resorted to Facebook.
The ultimate reply was that these deals were no longer valid.
Since then I have continued to explain that I have a Reference Number of this successful transaction.
So after more than a month of back and forth between various departments and too many valuable cell minutes spent, they still refuse to give me what I believe I am rightfully entitled to.
What a joke of a company.

Your reply now puts you into a service delivery predicament. Why would you send me a confirmation that the transaction is in process and then just ignore me afterwards? Or why would you alter or withdraw a deal without notice? And thirdly, I highly doubt that you DO NOT have a steady supply of the iPhone 8?
Your reply here is purely generic and a wonderful excuse for you not to delve into or investigate this matter further.
So please choose your excuse now.........bad service or bad service and not giving a stuff about your customers. Either way I am right.
