False Advertising
Vodacom Chatz in Cradlestone Mall advertised a special on Black Friday and the special was running from 24 - 26 November 2017. I went in and I was told that the stock hasn't arrived yet but they'll order it for me and as soon as it arrives they'll let me know. I went in a few times to he told that the stock hasn't arrived. Today I go in and I get told that I will not be getting my ohone because the one phone is discontinued and Vodacom made a mistake. How can such a huge Corporation made such a mistake???? I am very disgusted by this and cannot understand why and also the fact that no one bothered to let me know. By the way this is not my furst BAD EXPERIENCE with this branch.

14 Dec 2017, 09:55Hi Lucian....I have received your sms and I do agree that you have Terms and Conditions but please note that the stock never ever reached your store from day one. I went and was told that they still awaiting stock to be delivered and as soon as it's delivered I'll be notified. I kept on going in to check and being told that stick hasn't arrived yet. And when I went yesterday I am told that Vodacom mistakenly advertised a phone that is discontinued. So, I do get it that the deals are valid while stock last and that Vodacom does reserve the right to alter or withdraw the deals without notice as you said on your sms but, surely your staff members would know that. If that was the case here, why was I then notified but instant told to wait as they were still awaiting stock to be delivered?
