False advertising

My Husband visited the branch to take out a new contract. They have a deal on the Cat B15Q phone with free Cat sunglasses. My husband took that deal, got the phone but not the sunglasses. We went to the store on Monday afternoon and was told to speak to the manager. He was already in a conversation with other people so we waited. My husband explained to him that he did not get the sunglasses. He then told my husband that he was called to come and collect it. I told him that no one called as I contacted the customer care line and left my number with them, but I never received a call.<br> <br> The manager then called a sales lady and asked her if my husband was her client, she rep**** no. He then told us that the sunglasses is for someone else and that he do not have any more. He told us that Vodacom did not send sunglasses with every phone and that t's &c's app****. <br> Now that is exactly where the problem is. The slip states that this phone is part of a deal and it even has the line printed as (Deal: Caterpillar B15Q + free Caterpillar Sunglasses). My husband did not get the sunglasses nor did we get the Top Dog Educational voucher. <br> I would like to know when to expect the missing items.
