false advertising

Good day I Ma-Mpho Sehwana on the 12 June 2015 did an application with Vodacom online for a top up cell phone contract whereby on their internet it states that a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is only R129 a month where I will get a cell phone and airtime for R110 a month and also states no connection fee ,next day delivery with no additional costs ,I did the application and got approval and terms and condition read to me as well and I was happy
On the 18 june 2015 the phone was delivered and activated on the 21 june and to my surprise I received an sms stating that Vodacom was going to debit my account with R207 on the 21 june and the agreed amount is R129 so I called them and was told it was for reconnection fee and I told them no one told me that but the lady was arrogant to listen to me and she said there is nothing she can do ,so my complaint is that they have mislead me to take a contract with them ,so I would to be refunded or this contract to be cancelled because I cannot with company that doesn't have honesty and intergrity. invoice no Y*** and Account number:***4

Regards
Mpho
