False advertising

<p>Done an online upgrade. Consultant tells me nxt day delivery only applies if living in Gauteng. Website states nxt day delivery in all major cities - and Cape Town is not one????!!!! After 3 working days(still have not received an order no. to confirm upgrade) I spent 20 minutes being transferred to different consultants and different call centres. I then had to call courier company myself to track my phone. Really false advertising to consumers and really pathetic service.</p> <p> </p>
