False advertising

I received a call from a Vodacom telemarketer selling me. A new sim only package for my Vodacom package which was nearing renewal. The package offered had voice minutes as well as data. The package offered sounded like what I was after, so I confirmed with the lady that I would be getting both voice and data more than once. She assured me of this and we confirmed the deal. Then once the new package went into effect, I found that I only had data. I called Vodacom to cancel and was told that the matter would be escalated. Then last week I called again and was again told that the matter would be escalated. Until now I have heard nothing but have still had the debit order go off.

Thank you. As reported, the incorrect package was allocated.

I have been offered the package which was actually agreed to. I am busy reviewing and will possible accept this option.

Thank you for your response.

Sorry, but this has not been resolved as promised!

I was sent an email from Mondo, detailing the I would be getting -
Red Flexi R160 plan
100 minutes at a 40% discount
and
30GB data

All of the above should have activated from the 1st November (today)

Now when I checked, the 100 minutes are not there!! I made a call (to Vodacom) and the R160 deducted.

Will Vodacom please get their resellers into line!
