False advertising

Myself and my husband received our p30lites today from vodacom and we got it because of its dual sim capability but the second sim is not activated and I can't use it that is so pathetic why would you do that I am strongly going to advice my fellow friends and family not to go to vodacom cause they sell phones under false pretances
