The store only made me an application for the same deal and waited upon stock which stock didn't surface. When I contacted your call centre your consultant was not helpful instead she was the reason I wrote to your Facebook page because she advised me that the deals are finished while the website shown availability. What the store did it received my documents for an application which I got approved. Your email has reached us at 7.26am which is outside of our Business Hours therefore we could not make telephonic contact with you. Have you taken the matter up with the Store Manager at all? Protection of your account against ***** is critical to us so before we continue, we need to verify that you have permission to request information on this account by asking you a few security questions: ID Number Address where monthly statement is received Contract price plan (Tariff plan) Bank Name and Account Type
Once we receive this, we will be able to assist with your query.

Vodacom I app**** for the huawei P10 and P9 deal at 00:15 of which I received an email confirming the reference number minutes later. But when I contacted the call centre a consultant told me that the deal is finished. To my surprise when I logged onto your website I saw that the deal was still open. Please advise what is what, is your website not updated and when will I get contracted as am still waiting for the call. When I realized that my post was not being attended too I went to the walk in Centre at Mall of Africa and was assisted by a very lovely lady by the name Susan Detlis who advised that the reason I haven't heard anything from Vodacom consultant is because you didn't have stock. So she offered to make me a new application in store to check if I qualify and if I do she was going to wait to stock on Monday to give me the deal. On Saturday I sent all the required documents to start the application process which I received a call from her after a couple of hours to tell me that my application was successful. The call was followed by an email confirming the status. The lady did inform me that she will wait for stock on Monday and advise how they can get the phones delivered to me. An hour ago I called the store and was advised that the deal won't be finalised due to stock that the deal was even removed from Vodacom. My question is as follows, why does Vodacom make deals open to public while they know that they do not have stock? Why don't you have the decency to atleast to acknowledge or respond to our query? I have been your loyal customer for over 15 years and I am requesting that you look through my request of getting the Huawei deal which was open for black Friday. Will be looking forward to your positive response Regards Pontsho Ramadiehe Cell: ********** 429 Email: **********
