False adverti*****t

<p>I saw a special for tablets in December on the pick n pay pamphlet. I bought two tablets which according to the adverti*****t they were going to be R890 plus R300 airtime. I bought them on the 19th of December and till today i have not received the airtimes on the tablets. I enquired with Pick 'n Pay and there was no resolution as they kept saying they are working with vodacom to resolve the issue. They later on refered me to Vodacom, they said i should contact vodacom on their help line and they will resolve the issue. I did that and till today they keep saying the matter has been refered to the technical team. I mean what can be so difficult on loading the airtime as promised when i bought the tablets. I am really devastated and angry that they **** to me with their false adverti*****t. I actually want to report them to the Ombudman because i feel i was cheated!!</p>
