false advert and data vanished.

I received an sms saying if I buy data via my Vodacom app I will receive the same value for free to use within 7 days. After I complain when I didn't receive my data they say dat I must buy airtime also to qualify. Than after I receive my data my remaining balance of data vanished. Nd I'm told I used all my data which is not true. Vodacom is becoming the worst with their empty false advertising. I want to port after using it for more than ten years. Their consult bongani and thabile are the worst and thabile pretend to log a service request for me but she did not. Bongani ws just saying things like did da sms said u will receive it immediately or it said u will receive. I hate Vodacom period
