Fals Advertising

I have been a Vodacom customer for god knows how long. I have a Red Advantage contract and pay R1200 a month because I am a business man who cannot afford to be without a reliable mobile handset.

This morning I went to the Vodacom store in Centurion Mall to book my handset in for repairs (iPhone 6 Plus). The arrogant lady with her bloodshot red eyes informs me that they do not have any loan phones. I asked her if she could contact another Vodacom outlet to find out where I need to drive to, to avoid wasting time and money. She said that because this Vodacom outlet is a franchise they cannot assist.

I walked away and decided to go to the 082 Vodaworld offices in Midrand and went to the Vodacom shop there.

A huge banner advertising a \like for like"handset to Vodacom RED Advantage customers.

Arrived at 10h00 and left after 11h00 without an iPhone loan phone as they do not have stock.

I am ending my Vodacom contract and will go for a month-month Voice and Data pre-paid with Afrihost and MTN.

Also have I started a campaign against Vodacom and their False Advertising and this will go Viral on all world wide web platforms incl. Banners and Ads on South African roads.

"""
