Fa**** sms, sporadic call reception still ongoing

I wish to make a complaint against Vodacom. It has become a daily struggle using my cellphone. People that need to get hold of me cannot. My phone does not even ring at times. This is constantly ongoing and actually making my service using Vodacom extremely unpleasant. I was supposed to get feedback from Vodacom. Which never happened and quite frankly I am tired of always having to bear this burden. This to me highlights the pathetic service that we are forced to endure in South Africa as networks like Vodacom don't care to sort out their customers issues.
