**** Vodacom Account
I have been trying to close my **** vodacom account since 2018. I even went to the vodacom shop and submitted all the documents they wanted even today no response. Back then they had handed over my account to Hammond pole and balance was +/-R2600, today I'm in receiving an sms from some VVM company that I owe R41467. 27. I dnt understand how their ***** department work if they failed to contact me on my reported ***** *** I tried so hard to be in contact with vodacom n even went to the Durban shop to send my details to their ***** department. I believe if they are able send my details to 2 different debt collectors they should have got time to respond to my ***** query. Please help :-(

25 Aug 2020, 10:27I called in again this morning and I was given ***** report line which ring with no responseand get a message that says number youjhave dialed does not exist. I have no option but to report this here, I really need my name cleared from this asap before it affects my credit record. I have never opened an account with vodacom not even once in my life. Please do contact me as soon as you can.
