**** names, work not done, Rudeness!!

My phone was ****** on the 06/04/2015. i went to the vodashop to do a sim swap. They told me i would need an affidavit to do the swap because i was not rica'd, after waiting 20 mins to speak to a consultant. After driving back to work and phoning vodacom customer care I found out I was already rica'd. i then drove back to fourways mall and tried going to vodacom repairs instead. After 45 mins in this shop the sim swap had apparently been done by a Sibusiso. Today i called customer care and they informed me that no sim swap has been done. i called vodacom repairs and asked to speak to sibusiso, who was'nt there, so I spoke to a shaun. I told him what I had been through. The reply I recieved was ,\what am I supposed to do
