****/ Hoax Deals by Vodacom

On Black Friday I purchased a deal from the Vodacom Online Deal special. Once I purchased the deal I received confirmation of the purchase. However when I called the Vodacom online Centre to find out when I would expect delivery of my purchase. They had told me that the deal was sold out. However when I purchased this deal it was not sold out hence the received confirmation. I am totally upset as when I went onto the site to look for the deal it has been removed. This is totally ***** on Vodacom side as there was an adverti*****t and I have confirmation that I have purchased the plan. I have tried calling and emailing Vodacom but only have been given the run around and to date haven't gotten any response. This deal was bought from the Vodacom website. Vodacom offers deals that they cant deliver only to fool their customers. Pathetic Customer service!
