I bought my Huawei P20 pro from this company as it was advertised that the phone was water resistant for 30 minutes around 1miter n so on. I was then showered by rain n the phone started to act up, the store now they can't fix a water problem as if they didn't advertise the phone that I paid the some of R18 000.00 know they want R10 000.00+ to fix the phone they even gave me a quotation for n they say ,water damaged .
How do I trust Vodacom and Huawei after they have ****** me like this ?
