**** Charges A9-P067-OITI
A customer since 1996 with loads of accounts. Now get charged for 'roaming' - R6000-00. Told to pay , no real proof as there is none. Refuse to escalate as the bosses don't want to accept that there is a 'mistake,' this is worrying

Keep getting the same automated response , been unresolved for 2 months now. No adequate response, just pushed from pillar to post and back to the beginning.
