**** Charges A9-P067-OITI
I queried a suspicious charge of R6000-00. Only to be told we the phone connected to an international network and data was used. I queried this as it was not possible. After a lot of jumping through their hoops was told sorry, your loss no refund or proper investigation. Not even an escalation. Have been a Vodacom subscriber since their inception with multiple personal and business contracts. To only be treated like so sorry we stole from you - tough luck please pay up. This is a disgrace and anecdotal evidence suggests that they are seeking additional revenue streams due to falling billing revenue. mmmm suspicious.and ******* perhaps
