**** advertising...

So you tell me why do they advertise good service if the service is so pathetic !!! Every month we have to follow the same prosedure and the problem never seems to get solved.. This is the 2nd month now that the debit order goes off successfully and after two or three days we get a message from vodacom stating: "Your credit limit bar has been reached" thereafter we cannot make any outgoing call, use the internet or even normal smses cannot be sent. Everytime I phone Vodacom the services advisors transferred me to the accounts department where they informed me numerous times that my account is not in arrears and that they are busy investigating the problem. It then takes about a week before we can use the phone again. Last week I went to a Vodashop in Middelburg where the advisor also told us to please phone Vodacom they cannot help me over the counter. I phoned Vodacom again and spoke to Lufu who transferred me to Hlengani. He confirmed it will only take 24 hours then the problem will be permanently solved. After waiting 24hours the problem was not resolved so I phoned back and asked to speak to him again, the lady Lebogang then informed me that there is numerous queries logged from my side and she will make sure the bar is removed. This morning I phoned again and was informed that I must wait another 24 hours. What I do not understand is why is the new system not improving but making clients angry !!! The newsletter states " THE CEO BROUGHT VODACOM TO NEW HEIGHTS" so then why is the service centre so pathetic and why does it take 2 months to solve 1 problem, and then it is still not solved !!! I demand an explanation and the problem to be solved !!!
