Faith restored in Vodacom

Dane Larson should be assigned to every query or complaint Vodacom receives. He is apologetic, sympathetic, patient and very knowledgeable.when he called me regarding my complaint, I was ranting and raving as I was really upset and frustrated but he remained calm, allowed me to finish and then addressed each issue I had, even changing his explanation methods to ensure that I understood.<br> <br> I'd like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Dane Larson on his exceptional customer service and even though the circumstances were not ideal, it was a great <br> pleasure dealing with him<br> At the beginning of last week I was really angry and felt that i had had enough but after speaking to Dane Larson, i actually felt like a valued customer and I am very pleased with the way in which he handled my complaint and the way in which he resolved it.
