Failure to resolve query.
I logged a complaint on Monday , Nkateko said it will be resolved same day at 5 pm , I'm still waiting. I hv been receiving sms to say it has been assigned to a specialist and got reference numbers but till today.All of a sudden I receive a message the query has been closed.Closed how? Was it resolved ? By who? Who called Me and provided feedback?
