Failure to Repair Phone and Lying

This is the second complaint I am filing against Vodacom for this issue. My phone was sent for repairs, returned in the same condition and several conflicting stories given as to why this is.<br> <br> It is almost a month later, and Vodacom has completely failed to fix the issue or provide adequate explanations. At this time it is evident that somebody is lying and Vodacom has no interest in correcting the issues.<br> <br> They have shown complete incompetence and horrific service.
