Failure to repair my Blackberry 9720

I have a problem with my Blackberry 9720 (Pink) that cannot be repaired or replaced by Vodacom.
Here are the details: I upgraded with Vodacom on 28/10/2014 and in 2015 my phone Blackberry 9720 (Pink) wouldn't charge the battery, but the battery could charge in another phone. I took the phone in to the Vodacom Walking Centre (PE) for repairs and my phone was replaced. However my phone was replaced with a Refurbished phone, with the mentioned IMEI Number. I was told that if your phone is older than 6 months, Vodacom can replace the phone with a refurbished phone. This is the 1st time, that I have ever received a refurbished phone. Now, I have the very same problem with this phone. The battery will not charge, but it would charge in another blackberry phone. So again, on 11/04/2016, I booked the phone in at the Walk-in Centre with Job number: ***. My phone was assessed and according to the Technician, the charging block is damaged and cannot be repaired. So the phone was returned to me without being repaired or replaced, because it seems as if, I caused the damage to the phone. I then requested the consultant to send the phone to the Advanced Repair Centre, but she advised me that she cannot do that, due to the results of the assessment. Now I sit with a phone that hasn't been repaired or replaced and my contract only expires in October 2016 & I can only upgrade in July 2016. I find this unacceptable, I cannot sit with a phone that I cannot use and still pay for the contract. I can assure you that I always treat my phones the correct way, and in all these years that I have had cell phone issues and took them in for repairs it was never because of my negligence or wrong doing. Therefore, I cannot accept the fact that it seems as if, I was negligent with my current phone. I'm sure you will have a history of all my phone repairs and what it entailed. If I previously have been negligent, you would have a history of this and then I would be able to accept the Assessment, but now I cannot.
I spoke to the manager of the Walk in Centre, he told me the same thing. Charging Block damages cannot be fixed, they cannot work on the phone, therefore I am stuck with a broken phone. I have requested that they send the phone to the Advanced Repair Centre, but he advised me that if the repair centre makes the same assessment, that I will be liable for an admin fee of R171, which I am not willing to pay, if that's the case.
I laid an complint with Vodacom Repair Escalations on 19/04/2016 and still no proper feedback and I'm still sitting with a broken phone.
