Failure to provide a valid copy of my contract and itemized billing

I logged a complaint on 17 April 2016 and Vodacom duly undertook to get in touch with me on the same date. It is now 19 April and I have still not heard from Vodacom. I urgently need a copy of a valid contract for my personal phone (I have been waiting since April for this. Each time I follow up I am asked to log a new request. It seems as if the requests get closed without resolving it). I also need itemized billing on my business phone, failing which I am unable to pass on the costs of calls to clients. I have been waiting for over a month for itemized billing on my business phone. Vodacom, please get in touch with me urgently VIA E-MAIL. You should have my contact details as I have updated it on numerous occasions with the call centre. I am traveling at the moment and am not using my RSA cell during my travels.
