Failure to provide a copy of contract which was requested on 14th Dec 2016

I requested a copy of my contract with them due to the fact that I ordered my cellphone telephincally. They promised to send it to me after 24 hours. When I followed them up they said it will take 72 hours. What frsutrates me is that the contract was needed by employer in order to subsidize me. I called them at the beginning of this year but still nothing came from them. Today (Friday 13th) was another due date for me to submit but nothing. I have been on the call with them a number of times but in vain. Samuel Marema, their rep, sent me sms's with empty pormises, The last was sent on the 21st December promising that I will get the document after 7 days, but still nothing. Today I requested their manager, Sibusiso Gumede so that I can request that it be sent to me urgently but he did not bother. Only their team leader Musa who called but he could not get the contract for me. I am sure that Vodacom will have no choice but to subsidize me on the monthly premiums. Please help me get the subsidy from Vodacom as it is too late to get the contract.
